Rock Star Armor

Ever feel like with all you do every day, you are a major rock star?  Or need a little reminder from time to time?  I love wearing a look like this one when I am out and about in the fall running errands all over town.  And my “Armor of God” pieces are a classic staple add-on for my t-shirt and jeans days.  I like to layer my “Breastplate of Righteous” necklace with my custom “Life” necklace  for added rock star power.

I will often throw on a fitted T from C28, a pair of jeans and some black leather boots to run out with the boys.  I have an awesome black leather motorcycle jacket by DKNY that boosts the cool Mom factor by about 100.   I did not pay nearly as much for mine as the one above, but it is very much worth the investment because I wear mine all the time.

Try softening the look of all that leather with a suede or fabric bag in a rich color with a coordinating scarf to drape around your neck.
